  • Standards for drainage and erosion - policy for managing stormwater effectively, instead of pushing it downstream faster
  • Update urban renewal/TIF districts - review and renewal of citywide TIF districts
  • Northeast 36th Street interchange at I-35 - support city, county, state and federal program to complete an interchange at NE 36th Street
  • Comprehensive plan to enhance business parks
  • Prairie Trail: infrastructure development of the retail "District"

  • School-City relationship and direction - define and strengthen relationship between the city and school district
  • Developer accountability for commitments - holding developers accountable for financial commitments
