- Update urban renewal/TIF districts - review and renewal of citywide TIF districts
- Northeast 36th Street interchange at I-35 - support city, county, state and federal program to complete an interchange at NE 36th Street
- Comprehensive plan to enhance business parks
- Prairie Trail: infrastructure development of the retail "District"
